Upgrading Groove 3.1 to Groove 2007 RTM

After an otherwise successful upgrade to Office 2007 Enterprise (which
prompted for the uninstall of Groove 3.1), Groove 2007 displays error:
"Upgrade Your Groove Account. Account upgrade unsuccessful. Reboot Required"
System reboot doesn't resolve the problem and Groove 2007 will not start
On my other PC, also running Groove 3.1, the upgrade worked perfectly.
