Upgrading MS Ofc Professional Edition 2003 to Small Bus Managmnt

Trying to upgrade to this product. I get only so far and then this error
message Error 1311: E:\ZF561407.CAB - Source file not found. Verify files
exists or that you have access to it.

I've tried everything I can think of and not been able to resolve. Help???
