Upgrading MS Office Student to MS Office Pro - SKU112.cab missing.

I purchased a PC with Office 2003 Student & Teacher pre-installed (60 day
trial). After upgrading from Windows XP Home to Windows XP Pro, I purchased
the Office 2003 Professional Upgrade. It installed OK. When I try to
install Service Pack 1, Office is looking for ‘SKU112.cab’. It isn't on the
Office 2003 Professional Upgrade CD and I never received a CD with the
pre-installed version. I can’t install Service Pack 1 without it. What do I
do now?

Does the S&T edition even *qualify* for an upgrade? I
thought S&T editions weren't in the upgrade path.

Yes! On a new PC it specifically states that the Office 2003 Student &
Teacher qualifies you for an upgrade.
