Upgrading Office 2000 to Office XP

I'm currently running Office 2000 and want to upgrade to
Office XP Pro. I purchased the full install of Office XP
and am wondering in I can simply install/upgrade without
removing Office 2000 or do I need to uninstall Office 2000
first ?
