Upgrading Small Office 2000 to Office Home & Student 2007

I have MS Office 2000 Small Business installed on my home computers. One is
Vista 32 bit and the other is xp sp2. We used to have a business but now are
retired.
I recently purchased a new laptop (Vista 64 bit) and purchased Office Home &
Student 2007 for 3 pc's.
I want to upgrade my Office SB 2000 to the Office H&S but am wondering if
there will be any problem since the old Office is for business and the new
one is for home use only. We do not use the Office 2000 for business any more.
Also, what is the easiest way to upgrade? I have the installation CD &
product key.
