"Upgrading" the 60 day trial edition of Office 2007

I installed the 60 day trial edition of Office 2007 from the cover disk of a
magazine. I have now been given a proper full version of the software.

What is the best way to install this without losing my e-mails, account info
etc

eg install it over the top, uninstall the trial version first (if so, what
do I need to back up).

Thanks for any tips.

Uninstall the trial and then install your retail version. Backups are optional but for mail, copy your .pst file with Outlook completely closed. Move it to My Documents.
