Upgrading to 2007 because we only have "Viewer"

Hi!
We only have MicroSoft Excel and PowerPoint Viewer on our laptop (2003) and
I'd like to upgrade to the full versions of both. Should I only be buying
the Upgrade software or can I get the Microsoft Office and Student package
for 2007 and upgrade just as easily?

Nope, you can't *upgrade* from the freebie viewers. You must purchase the
full version software, whether it's individual programs or an office suite.
