Just want clarification.
It is my opinion that when upgrading to excel 2007 all vba code should
work just fine without any changes to it. It may not be as efficient
as modifying the code to work in a more excel 2007 format (updated
functions and the like) but it will be just as efficient as had it
been run with excel 2003. And if all excel 2007 users save in the
97-2003 version format there would be no errors there either so long
as all documents were originally created in an older format and no new
excel 2007 functions were used.
Am I wrong so far?
Also, If writing excel files from vb.net would the fact that its using
excel 2007 be an issue, or would old code for excel 2003 work the same
as well?
Thanks
