Upgrading to Office 2003 Pro

Is it possable to upgrade to Office 2003 from Office 97?
Will 2003 work on Win 98?

Office 97 qualifies for the upgrade.

Office 2003 will not work on Win98. You must have at least Windows
2000 SP3 or Windows XP
