Upgrading to Office 2003

Hi i recently upgraded to office 2003 from office xp but
find everytime i open any application ie MS Word, MS
Outlook it starts to find the xp version even though i am
seeing the 2003 window. I have uninstalled office XP
first before installing office 2003 this doesnt help, I
still get the same problem.

Is there any way of solving this problem without a
complete re-build?

These are probably shortcuts. Create new ones if this is the case.

You probably don't have this behaviour when you start an application by
doubleclicking a document?

I have the same problem to install microsoft office 2003 I get an error mess, "Cannot lunch C;\windows\system32\msiexe.exe The parameter is incorrect" T tried to get Microsft Support NO SUCCESS???
