Upgrading to Office 2003

I am trying to upgrade form Office 2000 to Office 2003,
and it keeps telling me I need to update to office 2000
SP3. I downloaded and installed SR-1, then SP3. It still
tells me I need Office 2000 SP3. Any ideas?

Yes - re-read the message! It's telling you to update /Windows/ 2000 to
SP3 - it doesn't give a damn what service pack you're running for Office!
2003 requires you to be running 2000 SP3 (or later), Windows XP or Windows
2003 Server; it *cannot* be installed on any other operating system.
