Upgrading to Office 2003

I am upgrading from Office 2000 to 2003. When I do the updates on line, it
keeps asking for the 2000 office disk. My disk is broke in the center and
now I can't use it. Is there any way I can get pass those updates for 2000?

Hi, Deborah,

Uninstall the rest of Office 2000 via your Windows Control Panel's
Add/Remove Programs applet. The update detection relies on what Windows
says it installed, and you probably have some remnant of Office 2000
applications (Publisher, FrontPage, some feature from Office 2000?) still
installed.
