Upgrading to Office Small Business

I have a trial version of Office Home and Student 2007 that will be expiring
soon. I want to upgrade to Office Small Business 2007. The directions say
to delete the trial version before I install the upgrade. Will I lose the
documents I created in the trial version of Excel and Word? How do I install
the upgrade so that the documents created in the trial version end up in the
upgrade?

If you mean an upgrade version of Office, you require a qualifying
application to upgrade from, and a trial is not a qualifying version.
Otherwise uninstall the trial, reboot, and install from CD
Your documents remain, they would usually be located in your Documents
folder
