Upgrading to Office XP

Hi

the company I work for are thinking of upgrading from
Office 2000 to Office XP, the users run a lot of different
macros in both Word and Excel.

So I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to
upgrade (or install full version) to Office XP and what
PROBLEMS I may face with running macros written for Office
2000 on Office XP.
