Upgrading to Outlook Connector v12.1 beta..

Hello, is anyone else have any problems upgrading to the latest version of
outlook connector 12.1 Beta? I'm using winxp sp3, office 2007, and currently
using connector 12.0 but would like to see what calender sharing is all about
with the new Beta version. I have removed the old one and loaded the latest
but dosent upgrade?
Any suggestions is very welcome, Cheers, Amherst
