I use a lot of databases in my webs. If I upgrade to Vista, what will happen
to my IIS and mu localhost web server? Will i be able to edit and
troublshoot my .ASP web pages and preview them on my local web like i can now
on Windows XP?

Officially Vista does not support the FP SE
However there is a BETA (bugs have been reported) that you can get at

Stefan:

Maybe I did not ask the right question. I'll try agin.

How am I going to edit and maintain my ".ASP" pages if/when I move to Vista?

If I move to "Expressions" as well, what do not need FPSE? ASP pages do not
work on a disk-based web, so I assume that i will need a local server to run
them on my machine and is so, does Vista have such a server, and does
"Expressions" do ASP pages? If not what can be done to support the ASP pages?

You will be able to test ASP page under Vista, as long as you have the version that comes with IIS
7. As indicated, the current release of Vista doesn't support the FP server extensions, out of the
box, however Stefan provided a link to a beta version of FP SE for Vista.

Thanks Stefan and Thomas.

Which version of Vista comes with IIS 7?

I don't plan on upgrading any time soon, but I am sure that I will have to
eventually.

I don't suppose that you can run XP and Vista as two seperate operating
systems, right?
