Upgrading Word

I have Word 2002 upgrade CD, which I want to use to upgrade Word97 on a
WIN98-SE machine.
Installation gives error message:

MS Office XP requires newer Windows system components not detected on
your system. You need:
Core System & Data Access Components.

How do I get them for WIN 98-SE?
