Upload and Read text from visio file in C#

Hi,
Greetings from a newbie . I want to ask a question related to visio uploading and then reading text from the shape using C# . After that I need to store those text into an array which is used further in my project. I also have attached an image for reference . Any help will greatly appreciated .
