Upload/download/communication problem with Groove

We are using office groove to sync between 3 management users in our SME.
couple of weeks ago i noticed that Groove has stopped sync and is stuck on
327KB upload under miscelenious communication in the communication manager.
this problem does not allow any other communication for sync.

I have tried unsyncing all the folders, uninstalling Groove and reinstalling
it, even changing accounts for all users...no success.

what can I do to return proper sync in Groove.
would appriciate suggestions.
