Upload Picture With .asp

Windows XP Pro, FP 2000
Using an .asp page, I want to allow the user to upload a picture. How
do I configure that, say to allow the user to "browse" their computer to
find the picture and then upload it?

Check with your web host to see if they have a ASP File Upload component installed for your use,
such as http://www/aspupload.com
