Upload pictures at 2kb in & get Good quality

Camera: Canon PowerShop 1000IS.
Please can somebody tell me the settings for my Camera or in Microsoft
Office Picture Manager or Windows Live Photo Gallery in order to upload
pictures at 2kb with good quality?
Do I need to get Power Shop instead?

I am assuming that you are talking about pictures in a Publisher website...

Chances are you are never going to get a "good quality" web photo at just 2
kb, unless it is a very small image. However, you can reduce the size of the
image and optimize it for the web in either a third party image editor or
just insert it into the Pub file and compress it.
