uploading 2003 FP files

I am working with a school district that is having a problem with uploading files to the their host web server (they are FTP'ing the files)- whenever they upload files from the local server to the host server all of the files get deleted from the host server - the only way they can get the files to the host server is to drag and drop each file to the host server (in the upload portion of Front Page) - I have contacted the host ISP and they are running FP 2000 on thier server - - - any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated

By that you mean they are running FP 2000 server extensions? (FP client
isn't run on a server).

If they are running the server extensions, you must http publish to the
host, not ftp.
