That rather depends on what's running on the server to accept the data?
You can call a web service from Access 2002 or Access 2003. Download the web
services toolkit for your version of Office from Microsoft's web site.
Obviously, that presupposes that you have, or can develop, a suitable web
service.
It's also possible to use the Microsoft XML component to transmit data in
XML format, but again that presupposes a suitable application running on the
server to accept the data.
