Uploading documents

Im a bit stuck on something.

PWA > Projects > I select a project and click "Go to selected workspace",
upload a document to that project.

The resources assigned to this project needs to have access to this
document. But when they view their tasks, there is no icon in the
'Information' column. Do I need to add another column or have I missed
something?

EasySite --

They need to click the Documents menu at the top of the PWA page, and then
click the name of the project. They should see the document there. Hope
this helps.
