Uploading FTP file to my website at HostMonster

I have following all the help in Publisher, checked the M-knowledge base, and
read all the entries here. My FTP file saves but doesn't go to the website. I
created the website in Publisher 2000 and am now using 2007 for some changes.
Hope someone can help.
