uploading pictures and/or graphics to web page

Im Office XP, Microsoft Publisher: Graphics will not
upload to ftp or my web page. Why is this? I have tried
many suggestions. None tell the answer

how are you trying to upload them? Are you hosting your website locally or
are you trying to use FTP software such as WS-FTP to upload them to your
hosting company? what is the error message that you're getting? the more
information that you can give us, the more help we will be able to provide.

Thanks Katherine, I create my page in Microsoft

Publisher and then upload to my web site through the
hosting company. Text goes up but graphics do not. The
error message happens, most times, when I attempt to
upload and says an error occurred and Publisher is closing
down. "Sorry for the inconvenience" and it does close down
causing me to lose the work I did on the page.
