Uploading PowerPoint slide show with narration to YouTube

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I inserted MP3 and AVI audio files onto the slides to get a good PPTX file. But when I saved it to MOV to upload to YouTube, the audio on the MOV file did not work.
