Uploading resumes

How do I upload/email resumes into .doc format when OneNote2003 is the only
word processing program that came with my tabletpc (other than WordPad, which
doesn't provide the needed formatting tools)? There have been other problems
relating to OneNote's not being a "real" word processing program, such as how
to research past Word or Works files when OneNote won't even open them. I've
had this computer for 1 1/2 years and I still can't understand how OneNote
suffices as my factory-included word processing program...but I'm still
trying. Any pointers?

OneNote is not a word processing program. I don't quite get how anyone
could sell it to you as such. You should get a real word processing
program, e.g. Word or the word processing component of the free
OpenOffice.

Thanks Patrick and others. It wasn't exactly sold to me as the word
processing software--I just assumed it was meant to fulfill that purpose,
since there was no obvious word processing program. Silly as it sounds, I'm
relieved to hear your responses, so I don't continue trying to make OneNote
function like Word...
