Uploading to Frontpage Extensions?

Is there a way to upload to a site without Frontpage when you only have
their Frontpage Extensions User and Pass. Long story short, I can't
find my office disc and my client only has access to their FP Ext.

You could upload to the site using FTP but it is not recomemended if
chose to FTPSE fro the site. If you do, it would mess-up the FP related
stuff tracked by FP.
