Uploading/ Using a Predefined Letterhead for emailing client

Hi,
I am having a major problem where post (snail mail) is taking in some
instances 10 days to get to my clients.
I am trying to use Outlook 2003 to use my letterhead as a template type idea
still being able to write in between. Any ideas?
I have been playing with the signiture in options but that looks pretty bad
if I am being honest.

Send a Word document or Use Word as the e-mail editor, or use
"Stationary" are a few things you could explore.
