upon opening ...Microsoft must close box appears

i have photodraw 2000 #1 ed...everytime i try to use it, the Microsoft
Application box comes up saying, "Microsoft PhotoDraw Application has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience."
Then it asks me if I want to 'Send Error Report' or 'Don't Send'...I just
want to use the program like I used to be able to. Can you help me?
