Upper case and lower case in Spell Check

When I run spell check in Word, I would like to change cpa to CPA. Wor
recognizes that cpa is incorrect, but it will not offer CPA as a
option, even though I have added it to my custom dictionary. It appear
that Word only gives suggestions in the case of the origina
misspelling. Is there any way to get CPA on the suggested list when th
misspelled word is cpa
