Just in case this is relevant, too, Peter:
If *all* your document comprises these proper names (e.g., a list with one
name per paragraph), you can select all the paragraphs then apply the
Shift-F3 command. Or if the occurrence is something like "JACK SPRATT could
eat no fat" you can select the two names at once by double-clicking on one
word and, keeping your mouse-button down, dragging to the next word before
releasing the button, then keying Shift-F3 to invoke title case.
If your document had, say, 100 instances but only 10 names, it would of
course be simplest of all to invoke the "Match case" feature on the
Find+Replace command.
