upper icons in help file form word - excel - access - do not work anymore

I have Office 2002 with Windows XP Professioan Service Pack2.
The format from the helpfile changed completely (no idea why) and the upper
icons (see also, next, example etc...) do not work anymore (only a small
rectangle
is visible) - in word - excel and access !.
I suppose it has to do something with the css file from the helpfile and
that the (dll?) file which contains the stylesheet is corrupt.
I have no idea which file it could be.
..
I uninstalled and reinstalled Office but the problem remains.
All updates are installed.

I use Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3)
Gecko/20060426 Firefox/1.5.0.3 already for two years without any problem.
