UpperCase to ProperCase

Is there a way to format text that is all uppercase (from an ASCII file) to
propercase?

Closest built-in function (and it's not perfect) is StrConv. Check it out in
Help file.

If your starting outside access, I found doing in in excel to be easier.(then
resave and import it) Three is a Propercase and uppercase function.
