Uprading to Project Server 2003

Has any one created a project plan for upgrading to
Project Server 2003 yet? Or similarly, a check list of
the steps required to upgrade in the order that is
necessary to successfully upgrade to Project Server 2003?

I have downloaded and read through the install guide from
the following URL:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyID=ca99b5e3-0478-4ac3-a230-
c4f2d82096c1&DisplayLang=en

However, the guide has many notes out of place, for
instance when you begin migrating from STS to WSS, it
tells you in a note that you should have installed WSS
manually using the -f flag (I wonder why they used that
consonant?). It would have been nice to know this
information at the time I installed WSS instead of when I
attempted the migration.

BTW, I have only attempted a test upgrade to different
servers than my production boxes. 90% of the
installation has gone fairly smoothly with the exception
of these random notes that give you requirements for
previous steps in the upgrade, therefore my request for a
step-by-step plan or check list. We are currently using
a two server configuration, but may be uprading to a
three server configuration with WSS on its own box.

Thanks for any information you can provide!
