upscale wizard trubs

built a db in ACCESS 2000, trying to upscale it to MS SQL
Server 2000 but the wizard is not working. when I try to
run it I get to the page where it asks for the account
with create project priveleges, that info gets entered,
but when submitted it gets an overflow error and dies.

any thoughts?
