Upsizing, multi-user question

John Barnes

Have small Access 2003 application (3-5 users). Have 3 computers in the
office, and would like users to be able to access database from home or other
computers. I am confused about upsizing to SQL, vs Data Access Pages, etc.
Does anyone know of a site or post which steps you through the process of
remote access? I can find bits and pieces through newsgroups and Access
built in help, but I can't find a comprehensive look at different strategies
for creating internet access for multiple users.

Thanks.

hi John,

Data Access Pages are the solution faciitated by MS Access for viewing and
working with data from the Internet or an intranet— data that is stored in a
Microsoft Access database or a Microsoft SQL Server database. The data access
page may can include data from other sources, such as Microsoft SQL Server.

Following is the link to read more about Deploying Data Access Pages on the
Internet or Your Intranet.
