Upsizing to SQL 7 from Access 2000

When I run the Upsizing Wizard, I choose the option to
Create New Database. On the next screen,it asks for a SQL
server name, a user name and password and a name for the
database I want to create. I enter all this information
and the wizard fails with the following message:

'Login failed for user 'victoria'. Reason: not associated
with a trusted SQL Server connection'

The user I enter has Create Database permissions on that
server. I have tried both NT and SQL users/authentication.

Does anyone know why the wizard fails at this point?
