URGENT !! add new item does not show in OWA

We grand permission of manager's calendar folder for their assistants to book schedule
Assistants can book their manager's schedule by using OWA
They connect to the url like thi
https://webmail.mycompany.com/exchange/manager/calendar/?cmd=content
and do the bookin
Lately we find all assistans can not add any new item for their manager's calendar folde
and the Add New botton is missin
we check the permission of calendar folder and find nothing is changed
Can anyone give me some advice about this?

Try posting this in an Exchange news group as OWA is a function of Exchange,
not Outlook, despite its name.
