Urgent - context sensitive help Word document

I have an Access 2000 database which I want context sensitive help for. I
want to use a Word file and bookmarks and when help command button is
clicked, it opens the word document at the bookmark specified. Does anyone
know how to open a Word document at a specific bookmark?
