Urgent - context sensitive help

I have an Access 2000 database and each form has a help command button. I
want to create context sensitive help by using a Word document with
bookmarks. Each help command button has a different bookmark it refers to.
But I need to know how to open a Word document at a specific point using
bookmarks. Can anyone help?
