URGENT: converting exel to text file

Is it possible to convert excel code into a text file? If yes, then how
Can I write a macro that auto updates a file, in fact overwrites som
portion of it?

The file I want to generate is attached herewith.

Through VBA, Excel can do anything you want to a text file. But you need to
show the original text file, what you have in Excel, and how you want the
text file changed based on the content. And do it all within a message:
many people (I am one) won't download attachments.
