Urgent: copy from IE and paste to Word - keep contacting server forCSS

Q

The IE browser displays a HTML file. Inside the file there is a
reference to a CSS stylesheet, say "http://100.100.100.100/main.css".

When I tried to copy the HTML output by using Ctrl-C and paste it to MS
Word by using Ctrl-V, it kept contacting 100.100.100.100. I could see
the IP address constantly on the left bottom status bar.

This made the copy and paste a long process (45 ~ 100 seconds for 51
pages). It only takes 3 seconds to paste it from MS Word to MS Word.

How can I make the copy and paste process at a reasonal speed? Thank you.

If I read your post correctly, you cannot.
Before you can paste into Word, the information you want to paste must be in
your computer. The time required to download 51 pages is a function of your
internet connection download speed.
