URGENT! Footnotes on wrong page

A secretary is updating a document and her first footnote is fine. But
footnote #2 on a following page, the actual notation is appear on the bottom
of the NEXT page along with footnote #3! I can not find anything in the
trouble shooting section of help. I have never seen this happen. Is there
some secret about footnotes being sensitive to where a paragraph ends versus
where it is actually inserted that I am not aware of? Please help, she needs
to give this to the attorney ASAP!

Actually, none of those were apropriate, but thank you. All the user had to
do was enter a return atthe end of the note and it moved to the proper page.
Silly, huh?
