Urgent Help: Can't use track changes function on outlook2003

i don't why track changes function always dim on outlook 2003. How can i turn
on it. i' m already enable use word editor on my outlook.

Are you opening the item in Word first before trying to edit it?

By Microsoft PSS confirm, it can't use on word mail. it's a by design
