Urgent help needed!

Hi,

I got a very strange problem with my Word:
For some reason unknown, in the Word window, file menu bar, tools
bar and drawing tools bar all lost! Only the white paper area, rules and
status bar, and of course the blue title bar stay in the window. Since
the tools bar lost, the drop-down menu to configure tools bar cannot
be displayed. Could any one tell me how can resume all the lost things?
