Here at my company with Office 2007, I am running into the following problem.
In Outlook 2007, we have a shared mailbox with several folders.
Now when I move like a 1000 e-mails out of that inbox or folder, to a different folder.
It locks all users up in Outlook, and they are unable to use it, until it's all done.
Now there is a blue <-> in the front of all the folders, assuming it's for syncronizing.
My IT Dept, is saying that they cannot do anything, and have to live with it.
It needs to syncronize each users shared mailbox. (so that's a 1000 times for each user)..
I think its insane, since we never had that problem with out previous Outlook.
Is there a way around this whole issue, besides doing it at night when nobody is in Outlook???
Thanks
