urgent help needed

hi all
I am using an application made in MS Access97.The OS is
win 98 or WIN 2000.
I get the following error when i try running the same,
"run time error 438"
Please advise ASAP as the cause of this error and the
solution for the same
also, Please tell me what is the description of this
message for the error
number also.
this is urgent
