URGENT Help Needed

I designed an Access database in Access 2003 and then tried to use it on
computers with Access Office XP Professional. When I try to
use the pivot table many options cannot be selected, including showing the
field list. I've designed the program for a non-profit and Rwanda and I
leave to go back to for the US at the end of the week so I need to solve
this problem for them quickly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1) Is the MDB in A2000 or A2002/A2003 format? If in A2000 format try
converting it to A2002 format as this might make a difference.

2) I'm having trouble finding information on this but I thought that
A2003 introduced some new Pivot stuff.

Thanks so much for your reply. It was in A2000 and I converted but it still
didn't work. All of the databases on the office computers are a read only
for some reason even though the properties say that they are not read only.
There is one computer in the office that will create and read programs as
other than read only so for now that will work but they will have to bring
the program to branch offices as well after I am gone and it may not work
there. Does anyone know of a solution to the read only problem? I tried the
things I read on other posts but they didn't seem to work. Thanks!
